Every brand has a story. Ours began in 2021, when Ivie conceived the idea to build an organized platform that helps people earn extra income from real estate without leaving their day job.

properties. I decided to build a platform for more people to earn

Meet Our Founder
IVIE OMAS
Founder, eTRYBE
Ivie Omas is a Real Estate Consultant, Facility, and Estate Manager. She is the CEO of Etionary Properties Management Limited where she spearheads a team specialized in helping investors and buyers make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases. In two years, she has closed the sale of over 30 properties. She also heads sales at RELSIFY.
Her career in Real Estate has sent her across the globe, helping people from different regions scout and identify the more feasible, and cost-effective approach to achieving their real estate goals and targets within a reasonable timeframe.
She is passionate about urban living, real estate, and lifestyle and thrives to build better solutions for social and economic impact. She believes that everybody’s journey is complex. However, in this complexities, there can be ways to help others achieve their dreams. Hence, eTRYBE - A real estate community that helps anyone earn and learn real estate without breaking a leg.
